Project Portfolio
Anaheim Union High School District
Full opening package for a new multi-building high school campus. CDS supplied and installed 120 hollow metal door assemblies including fire-rated corridor doors, classroom entries, and exterior egress doors — all meeting DSA requirements.
Riverside University Health System
Complete fire door replacement program for an active hospital facility. All work was phased to maintain hospital operations. CDS supplied UL-listed 90-minute fire door assemblies with electrified hardware for access control integration.
Cal State Fullerton — Science Building
New science and engineering building requiring a mix of standard hollow metal and acoustic-rated doors for laboratory and lecture spaces. CDS provided a complete opening schedule with hardware sets for all 95 openings.
City of Fullerton — Civic Center
Architectural wood door package for a civic center renovation. CDS fabricated custom solid-core wood doors with premium veneer faces to match the building's updated interior design, complete with mortise hardware and aluminum frames.
South Coast Plaza — Tenant Buildout
Multi-tenant door package for a high-end retail buildout at one of Southern California's premier shopping destinations. CDS coordinated with the general contractor to deliver custom-finished doors on an accelerated schedule.
Southern California Edison — Operations Facility
Blast-resistant and heavy-duty door assemblies for a critical infrastructure operations facility. CDS supplied blast-rated door assemblies for secure areas alongside standard hollow metal doors for support spaces.
